1. Carrier

We ship with DHL.

2. Where we ship

We currently ship within Germany. We plan to expand to other EU countries later. If EU shipping is available, it will be shown at checkout.

3. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri), unless stated otherwise on the product page.

4. Delivery time (Germany)

The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and DHL delivery network.

5. Shipping cost

Shipping is free for orders over €59. For orders below €59, shipping costs are shown at checkout.

6. Delivery times and delays

In stock items are normally delivered within the delivery time shown on the Website and at checkout. Unless we agree otherwise, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after we confirm your order.
If delivery is significantly delayed and the delay is not caused by you, you may be able to cancel your order. In such cases, we may ask you to allow a reasonable additional delivery period before cancellation.

7. Pickup shipments and uncollected parcels

If your shipment is delivered to a pickup location, you must collect it within the time stated in DHL’s notification. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may deduct the additional shipping and handling costs from your refund.

8. Delivery issues

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. If an item is missing, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@postereyes.art as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and the product where relevant. We will evaluate the case and provide a solution.
