Refund policy
1. Withdrawal period
We offer a 30 day withdrawal period. You may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the day you, or a person you authorize, receives the goods.
2. How to withdraw
To withdraw, email us at hello@postereyes.art before the withdrawal period ends. Please include your full name, address, order number or invoice number, and the product name.
3. Return deadline
After you notify us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
4. Return conditions
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as delivered. They must be returned in the original packaging or equally protective packaging.
5. Sealed items and protective film
If a product is delivered with a protective seal or protective film, you must keep it intact to use your right of withdrawal. If you remove, break, or damage the seal or film, the right of withdrawal ends for that item.
6. Frames and protective film on glass
Our frames are delivered with protective film on the glass. This film protects the glass during transport and cannot be restored once removed. If the protective film is removed or damaged, we cannot accept a return of the frame.
7. Damages, defects, or wrong item
Inspect your order on delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@postereyes.art as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the case and provide a solution.
8. Return shipping and original shipping costs
We provide a return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
9. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, we will refund you using the same payment method you used at checkout, unless we agree otherwise.
We process the refund after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after you provide proof that you have sent it back. We aim to issue refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the item has been received or you have provided proof of return shipment.
10. Loss in value
If an item is returned in worse condition than received, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
